Hi Sup’er! πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ³πŸ‘¨πŸ½β€πŸ³ Summer is here so you’re gonna need this snack! Limber De Coco, sometimes called coconut icey, was named after Charles A. Lindbergh, the first pilot to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. On February 4th, 1928, when he took a trip to Puerto Rico, the locals gave him frozen fruit juice. Because he enjoyed the concoction so much, the locals started freezing the coconut juice more often, enjoying it and calling it “Limber”, honoring him. To this day, Limber De Coco is a snack enjoyed by the people of Puerto Rico year round. And now, you can too! Cool off your hot summer days and meet us in the kitchen to make Limber De Coco!
